13周胫骨同时进行扭转试验,比较骨折愈合强度.结果锥状点式接触钢板组骨折愈合速度快于传统钢板组,13周时骨愈合质量也优于后者.结论锥状点式接触钢板能有效地保护钢板下皮质骨的血运,更有利于骨折愈合.
